Jobber is one of the best field service platforms there is. It is also priced in US dollars and built for recurring service work rather than construction jobs with budgets, draws and holdback.
Jobber is built for home service businesses — lawn care, cleaning, pest control, HVAC service calls, plumbing repair. Work that repeats, gets dispatched, and gets invoiced per visit. If that describes your business, Jobber is a genuinely excellent product and you should look at it seriously.

The split is job shape, not quality. Jobber models a visit. GoBuild models a build — a budget with cost codes, draws against it, change orders that move the contract value, holdback withheld until substantial completion, and over/under-billing on the WIP report. If your work is quoted as a project rather than a visit, that difference shows up on day one.
