The terms for using the GoBuild website.

Scope. These Terms govern your use of the public GoBuild marketing website at gobuild.ca (the “Website”) only. They do not govern the GoBuild application at app.gobuild.ca, which is provided under a separate subscription agreement you enter into when you sign up. Browsing this Website does not create any subscription, account, or contract for services.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. If you use the Website on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
The Website exists to describe GoBuild’s products and let you contact us or request a demo. Nothing on the Website is a binding offer, quote, or guarantee. Submitting the “Book a demo” form or chatting with us does not create a contract; any engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract, to use the Website. The Website is intended for business users.

The Website and its content — including text, graphics, layouts, screenshots, mockups, and the “GoBuild” name and logo — are owned by GoBuild or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view the Website for your own informational and business-evaluation purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.
When you submit information through the demo form, the chat widget, or by email, you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through these channels. You grant us permission to use what you submit to respond to you and to operate and improve the Website, consistent with our Privacy Policy. If you send us ideas or feedback, you agree we may use them without obligation to you.
The Website may link to or embed third-party services (such as our chat provider, analytics, and advertising tools). We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Product descriptions, screenshots, and mockups on the Website are for illustration and may not reflect the current product exactly; features can change, be added, or be removed at any time. Any pricing references are indicative only and are not an offer — final pricing is provided in a quote or agreement. We try to keep the Website accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free or complete.
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoBuild and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Website, even if advised of the possibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the Website will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoBuild from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Website or your breach of these Terms.
Our handling of information collected through the Website is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any non-waivable rights under your local law, you agree that the courts located in Ontario, Canada, will have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Website. If you access the Website from the United States or elsewhere, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date shows when. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Website means you accept them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website.
